This site is educational. Below we describe what data may be processed and how you can exercise your rights. The text is written for visitors from Poland, Portugal, Brazil and other countries.
Who is the data controller
The controller is Marli De Sousa Wałęsa (“Marli”), an independent dōTERRA Wellness Advocate. Contact: marliwalesa01@gmail.com, WhatsApp +48 574 173 407.
What data we collect and why
| Situation | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form and “Join” form | name, email, phone, country, message | replying to your message and talking about working together | Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR |
| E-book signup | email address | sending the e-book and contacting you about it | Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) |
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message.
Who receives the data
Forms are handled by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to the controller's email address. Web3Forms acts as a processor; its privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy. Data may also be processed by the controller's email provider. We do not sell data.
Third-party services loaded on the site
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google.
- YouTube — videos are embedded on the education page. The YouTube player may set cookies or collect viewing data under Google's rules.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and does not store data in your browser for tracking. Cookies may appear only in connection with third-party content, such as the YouTube player. You can delete or block them in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
We keep form data for as long as needed to reply and stay in touch, then delete it unless the law requires longer retention. (Exact periods will be completed by the controller.)
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). Write to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), in Portugal the CNPD, and in Brazil the ANPD (for data covered by the LGPD).
Changes
We update this document when the way the site works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
